I think its a little over rated for power output, but it does work as it should. The fuse on it is only 7.5 amp, So I find it hard to believe that this is a true 50watts x 2 channels RMS. It isnt powerfull enough to run subs or anything like that, but if all you want to do is bump up the volume a bit without distortion it works. I have a pioneer deh4100 cd player in the dash, and it runs at 17 watts rms a channel, and this seems like it is about double the output of the pioneer in reality. This powers a pair of 6.5 inch Infinity's in the rear deck, and for what I wanted to do, it did the job just fine. Expected alot of hiss, humm, buzz, or thumping while turning on or off since most cheaper amps do that. To my suprize it didnt do any of those.

I was looking for a low dollar amp to push a sub in my jeep. The main goal was to spend very little money and that was accomplished. I was actually surprised at the sound quality. It's no JL amp but it will do just fine. -- Cheap but effective

I got this for my boss 6.5 and 6x9
the amp is to much for the speakers
and the speakers are rated to handle 150 watts rms.
